Everything DiSC Workplace®  

This program is designed to help people build more effective workplace relationships—one relationship at a time. Everything DiSC Workplace can be used with everyone in an organization, regardless of title or role, to improve the quality of the workplace.

Using DiSC, a powerful yet easy-to-use, research-validated learning model, participants understand and appreciate the styles of the people they work with. The result is more effective and productive working relationships.

Everything DiSC® Management  

Everything DiSC Management helps managers bring out the best in each employee. The session uses pre-work (Everything DiSC Management Profile) facilitation and contemporary and engaging video examples to create a personalized learning experience for each participant.

The session utilizes an online assessment with 26 page management specific profile that helps managers understand themselves, their employees and their managers. Using this new and simple intuitive learning model, participants recognize and understand the styles of the people they manage.

The result is managers who adapt their styles to manage more effectively.

Five vital areas are the focus of the session:

  1. Introduction To Their Management Style – participant review their profile and learn how their DiSC style affects their management styles. They examine their unique priorities as managers and learn how to identify the DiSC styles of the people they manage.
  2. Directing and Delegating – participants learn their strengths and challenges when directing and delegating others. They learn how to adjust to fit the needs of the people they manage.
  3. Motivation – participants discover how their DiSC style affect the motivation of others. They learn to identify and adapt to increase other’s motivation.
  4. Developing Others – participants learn about their natural styles of developing others. They also discover the development preferences for each DiSC style and how to accommodate each style.
  5. Working with Their Manager – participants learn to modify their approach to meet the needs and preferences of their manager. They increase their ability to influence and communicate effectively with their managers.

Everything DiSC® Sales  

This program is designed to provide a framework that participants can use as their behavioural mirror. It introduces them to the DiSC model of human nature and clearly outlines some of the important ways in which people are unique.

Participants engage in a series of activities highlighting differences and preferences. They will explore the different filters people use to interpret others’ behaviour and helps them use feedback to build a concrete action plan for stronger relationships.

Section l: Understanding Your DiSC Sales Style

Module 1: Introduction to the DiSC Sales Map. Participants learn about their DiSC sales style and how personal priorities influence their selling behaviours.

Module 2: Participants use what they’ve learned about sales priorities in an interviewing activity.

Section ll: Recognizing and Understanding Customer Buying Styles

Module 3: Participants learn customer mapping, a new way of people-reading. They practice their customer-mapping skills in a competitive video-based activity.

Module 4: Participants learn about different customer priorities, then use their new skills to identify the buying styles of current customers.

Section lll: Adapting Your Sales Style to Your Customer’s Buying Style

Module 5: Participants use their DiSC Sales Maps to understand how to navigate from their own styles to those of different types of customers.

Module 6: Participants role play adapting to their most challenging customer and complete an interaction plan for working with that customer.
