Live to Learn has established a partnership with GrantWay to assist our clients in obtaining government funding for your learning & development initiatives. Here’s how it works:

What is the Canada-Ontario Job Grant?

The Canada-Ontario Job Grant (COJG) provides opportunities for employers to invest in their workforce, with help from the government. COJG was launched to encourage employer-driven training initiatives in the workforce.

"By building up education and training, we can maintain Ontario’s competitive advantage, helping businesses and workers adapt to change and achieve their goals."

Who is Eligible?

The COJG provides direct financial support to individual employers who wish to purchase training for their employees. It is available to small, medium and large businesses with a plan to deliver short-term training to existing and new employees.

How Much Financial Relief am I Eligible for?

The grant covers between 50-80% of the cost of training (HST not included)!
All Live to Learn programs and solutions are eligible under the COJG.

Live to Learn offers a diverse selection of learning and development solutions for your workforce, including Leadership/Management Development, Communication Effectiveness, Everything DiSC, Customer Service, Sales Strategies and Building Cohesive Teams.

How Can I Apply for the COJG?

Thanks to our partnership with GrantWay, applying for the COJG is easy! If you are eligible for the grant, GrantWay will work on your behalf with the funding agent to ensure a smooth application process. GrantWay has successfully worked with over 50 companies to apply for the COJG.

How Long Does the Application Take?

Generally, the application process takes about 3-4 weeks from the time an application is submitted to the time you are officially approved for funding. Make sure you schedule your learning and development initiatives accordingly.
