Course Objectives

• Demonstrate an understanding of how the PXT Select assessment fits into an organization’s talent management strategy, and how to successfully implement within your organization.
• Demonstrate proficiency using the PXT Select assessment, performance models, and the suite of reports in candidate selection and development.
• Demonstrate ability to effectively partner with stakeholders to analyze an organization’s needs and design the most appropriate solution that utilizes the PXTS Select solution to make talent decisions with confidence.
